Technical equipment

The conference room A21 is equipped with PC connected to the Internet, data projector and audio system.

A wireless presentation controller with laser pointer is available, too.

Free Wi-Fi access will be provided during the conference.

Presentations

Presentations are limited to 20 minutes of talk + 10 minutes of discussion.

Your PowerPoint presentations are to be downloaded to the computer before the beginning of the whole session.

Handouts

If you prefer to use printed handouts during your talk, please bring a sufficient number of copies of it (about 20–30) with you. The organizers cannot provide copying service.

Publication

All papers will be considered for publication in the Graeco-Latina Brunensia. Articles published in this journal are covered by the following databases: Lʼannée philologique, Medioevo Latino, Poiesis, ERIH, and SCOPUS.

All participants will recieve more information concerning the publication including publication guidelines after the conference via e-mail.
