Technical equipment

The conference room A21 is equipped with a PC connected to the Internet, data projector, and an audio system.

A wireless presentation controller with a laser pointer is available, too.

Free Wi-Fi access will be provided during the conference.

Presentations

Presentations are limited to 20 minutes of talk + 5 minutes of discussion (except for keynote speakers).

Your PowerPoint presentations are to be downloaded to the computer before the beginning of the whole session.

Handouts

If you prefer to use printed handouts during your talk, please send them to the organizers via e-mail in advance or bring a sufficient number of copies (about 20–30) with you.

Posters

There will be exhibition panels in A1 format available for the poster section. Please use this format for your poster. As for the design of posters, there are no requirements.

Publication

All papers will be considered for publication in the Graeco-Latina Brunensia. Articles published in this journal are covered by the following databases: Lʼannée philologique, Medioevo Latino, Poiesis, ERIH, and SCOPUS.

All participants will receive more information concerning the publication, including publication guidelines, after the conference via e-mail.
