Along the way, they learned to shoot a bow, wriggle out of a rope labyrinth, tried out ancient sports equipment and gained many other useful skills. Take a look at the new suburban camp of the Department of Classical Studies of the Faculty of Arts MU.
In the second week of July, the faculty buildings traditionally came alive with summer educational events of the Institute of Classical Studies. In parallel, there was again a suburban camp for younger children and a summer school for older children. While the summer school program was identical to last year's, the organizers prepared a completely new adventure for the younger children: together with the Argonauts, the little heroes set off on a long voyage to the mythical Colchis to retrieve the Golden Fleece. They spent a whole week carefully preparing for this important task, and in the end, they successfully completed the expedition by finding not only the golden fleece but also a valuable treasure.
